With almost 20 years’ experience of working in HR with some pretty cool brands, Rosie is passionate about developing individuals and organisations.

She started out in music, moving into TV and then into high-performance sport. Rosie began to coach as she noticed how this transformed the service she was able to provide to internal stakeholders and realised this was her new-found path. She trained with ILM and Barefoot, and began to focus full time on her coaching practice. Rosie is a retained in-house coach for Coutts Private Bank (part of the Nat West Group) helping to drive a coaching culture and coaching senior leaders.

She is also a preferred supplier for UK Sport to coach leaders across the sector and is a NED for UKCoaching, a charity focused on sports coaching.

Rosie is a qualified Executive Coach and is an ACC member of ICF. She works one to one with people and is passionate about holding the space for her clients to do some quality thinking and reflection. Dancing in the moment and working to the clients agenda are what helps set Rosie apart as a coach. Her style is outcome focused so clients will get a clear sense of how they can move forward.

Clients use the following words to describe Rosie’s style:

□ Warm, pragmatic and insightful

□ Supportive – she is able to create a space for me to do some quality thinking and reflection

□ Safe but challenging – she will ask a question or make an observation that makes me slightly uncomfortable – in a good way!

Born in Yorkshire and have loved travelling through India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cambodia, China, and now based in North London. Rosie hangs out with her family and can often be found walking around various parks with the dog, dragging 2 teenagers along. Swimming helps her recharge and think. She loves going to the cinema and theatre

“Empowering Potential, Inspiring Growth, Igniting Success” - This emphasizes the journey of growth, development, and continuous improvement that coaching facilitates.
